Hey!
I want to talk to you about stepping out of your comfort zone.
Do you ever do it?
If so, how far do you step out?
I want to talk to you about stepping out of your comfort zone.
Do you ever do it?
If so, how far do you step out?
I want to introduce you to Brandy, one of my private training clients.
Brandy is a hard worker, eats well, but also has her biases towards what has worked for her in the past regarding nutrition and strength training.
I provided some education as to why she should try this next step to break through her current sticking points. Here's a bit of what she had to say,
"The biggest educational piece for me was that nutrition will either make you or break you. I am of the outlook that I'll do the work, shoot, I work out 8 times a week! But in a year's time this has just helped me maintain.
My goal was to step it up a notch or two for a calendar photo shoot for which I had decided to start doing doubles every day! Would this have gotten me the same results? I don't know, pretty sure it would have taken more time and energy than it did to plan and prepare my meals. Instead, I chose to trust Rommel when he asked me to try his latest program and I can tell you that by changing my nutrition and going with this body composition style of workout I had visible results!
I would challenge any lady out there who wants to achieve a certain look, that let's face it... is daunting on your own, to give Rommel your time, effort and trust to lead you there. Take a chance to get the education, update your nutrition and improve your mindset to make your goals happen."

Brandy took a chance taking that step out of her comfort zone.
In her full testimony she also mentions this about the change in her nutrition plan,
"It took me a good two weeks to get my head wrapped around the nutrition plan that was laid out before me. In a nutshell I was placed on a low carb plan to include ALL carbs...not just those bready types. This was an eye opener; if I wanted a certain "body" that even "healthy" eating may not get me there. It will take getting to the nitty gritty of nutrition and sacrifice."
Now you're probably wondering about her statement "if I wanted a certain "body" that even "healthy" eating may not get me there..."
Allow me to clarify. It wasn't that she needed to eat "unhealthy" or that she was eating "too healthy". In my higher end programs I teach you how to be in tune with your body in response to certain foods you eat. Being in better tune with that will allow you to not just break through plateaus, but to even prevent them 90% of the time. It's simply being educated about it, but also "playing full on" with your dream goals.
Are you playing full on with your goals?
With that said, allow me to ask you a couple questions:
Do you know what your goals are? If not, why?
What are you doing now to achieve your goals?
How soon do you want to reach your goals?
If being honest and answering the above sounds scary, then GOOD!
You have to attack your goals with passion, because you deserve them. And the truth is that I've had clients NOT attack their goals with a passion, because they felt they didn't deserve.
Excuse my language, BUT THAT'S B.S.!!!
You deserve ALL OF IT!
I say this because you took the step to actually read this.
You're not the type of client that tries to do everything on their own.
You read and keep up on what's going on in health and fitness.
You have already stepped a little bit outside your comfort zone.
Are you ready to take a larger step out of your comfort zone and start your snowball rolling?
